Meet Hoang,

the man behind the vision

As a kid, I grew up around traditional Japanese Cuisine. Every day there was something new to try. I not only looked forward to what my family would make, but I began to study how it was made. As I grew up, this passion stayed with me, but it wasn’t until 2006 that I knew it was my responsibility to carry on my family tradition and introduce it to the city I grew up in. I wanted a place where people could enjoy fine dining and high-quality Japanese Cuisine, with the freshest ingredients. Leaving my career behind me, I started Raw Sushi. Now I get to share my passion with my city.
